your staff for another project completed on time - ERIS' efforts were once
again outstanding. ERIS assisted ERM on an environmental due
diligence project consisting of 18 sites in Ontario. The entire
project was completed on time within a 7 day period, and ERM couldn't have
met the client's needs without ERIS.

ERIS reports provide reliable
information on a timely and cost effective basis, whether it is for
completion of a detailed CSA Phase 1 Report, a "Crisis Report"
for the law firm or client that has a deal closing "tomorrow",
or for the preparation of detailed evidence on a property or the community
environment as often required for the Ontario Municipal Board. There
is no longer a need to send reports noting that "the results of
the records search will be submitted when they become available".
Personally, I see the importance of the ERIS service escalating as clients
become more familiar with its value. We have seen this with the
preparation of evidence for the our diverse client base. EcoLog ERIS
is not just for the classic "Phase 1 Report". It has
benefits that are far more encompassing. The effort this team has

ERIS is a great place to start
when gathering facts on a site. It’s a fast and cost-effective way to
obtain helpful data on a property while waiting for responses from
regulators or planning Phase I or II investigations. The information it
