Provides information associated with both the subject property and all
neighbouring properties within 250m, through a comprehensive search of all
federal, provincial and private source data. For fulfilling the records
review requirement of a Phase 1 ESA, a complete report is the most thorough.

Basic Report
(only available to Canadian clients)

Provides individuals with the opportunity to limit the
number of databases searched for both the subject property and all
neighbouring properties within 250m. All
federal, provincial and private source data can be searched.

Site Report
|
Only provides environmental data for the subject property, and is thereby not compliant with
CSA standard Z768-01. All
federal, provincial and private source data is searched.
|
|
Instant Site Report
|
Only provides environmental data for the subject property, and is thereby not compliant with
CSA standard Z768-01. All
federal, provincial and private source data is searched.

Due to the immediate nature of the instant site report, ERIS does not provide manual verification
on any records contained within the report. In addition, the number of records found for a subject
site will vary. For a more thorough report completed by an ERIS Information Analyst, select the
complete, basic or site report.

Custom Report
|
Provides clients with the capability to receive reports on subject properties that
require a different radii search from our standard 250m, are odd shaped
lots or corridor segments. A quote is required for all custom reports.
