Property Underwriters Site Plans are individual design drawings and field surveys that identify the location, capacity and contents of above and below-ground storage tanks, chemical storage, and other forms of environmental hazards.  A Property Underwriter ‘Plan’ is an individual drawing and survey of the site.  These are produced in many sizes ranging from an 8½" x 11" to 30" x 40".  Contractors are hired to inspect these properties, for which the reports and site plans are produced.  Property Underwriters Site Plans have been produced for the past 100 years.
